As the Christmas season is far behind us and Valentine`s day just passed, there is one more important date in ESN Bulgaria`s calendar this month - the Winter National Platform, which will be held 20-21, February in Sofia.  It is the first platform of the year, which means a lot of new ideas to be discussed for the upcoming year. Meanwhile it is held between the two semesters, so the volunteers will tell each other what happened in their local sections in the previous semester and exchange new ideas for the next one.

The hosts this year are from two universities in Sofia - University of National and World Economy and University of Architecture, Civil engineering and Geodesy. Despite the busy schedule, they took care to make the platform interesting by the interactive methods of presentation and the workshops, which will be organized with the help of the National Board.

As usual there will be international guests at the platform, so the volunteers may exchange experience not only on local level, but on international also. Our guests from Serbia, Turkey and Macedonia will be able to give their input and knowledge on how ESN works in their own sections.  The platform will be open not only for volunteers from Erasmus Student Network, but also for Erasmus students and people, who want to learn more about ESN.

During the platform the members will be informed about all the International news and events and will be made a report about the recently held in the beginning of December CND Plovdiv. Last but not least, the budget for the upcoming year will be voted and accepted.

Thanks to the hosts and their efforts there will be coffee breaks and energizers organized, so the volunteers can rest between the sessions and in the evening - a social programme in a restaurant with a nice dinner and later in the evening a visit to a bar - Terminal 1, which is the last stop of the Erasmus Pub crawl, organized the same evening.
